Dunn Deal properties was great!! Gave us check in and check out information in a timely manner. We had one question after check in which was answered in minutes. A great host. Condo was just as described and in a great location. We will definitely book with them again. It was a seamless process.

The vacation rental was perfect for what we needed. Three couples, old friends, now all in different states.
That being said....the unit is showing its age. All of the mattresses need replaced. The decor/furniture seemed to be a mismatch of leftovers. It also seemed like the owners just left because they had renters coming. Lots of personal stuff just put everywhere. None of this was a game changer (except the mattresses). I just thought it would be good to know for future rentals. The rental process and management group was easy! They do a great job!

We spent 20 nights in that condo (feb-march 23). It is quiet, convenient, close to stores and restaurant. Cookware and appliances are in a good shape! Very good service by the rental agency (Dunn-deal). Gulf of Mexico is a 3 minutes walk. We appreciated very much the 2 balconies, for reading or a glass of rosé . We made a few nice bycicle rides on the streets of the neighborhood.
