Good location but hard to reach hostess

We love the location. The host was very hard to get a hold of. My daughter and grandchild would have had to sleep on a sofa bed without sheets the first night, so I went out and bought sheets and blankets. The host said she would reimburse us $150 but never received. I will be staying at this pace again but not with this hostess.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was right on the beach and very walkable to nearby restaurants. The place was very quiet, clean, & comfortable. Communication with the host via text was answered promptly. Our only frustration was that the water shut off 3 times due to a very sensitive moisture sensor in the guest bathroom (fixed promptly after notifying). The HOA indicated they would be checking the sensor soon. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
