This was a nice place to stay, however we were supposed to have garage access with our stay and it was locked on the inside with no remote found. I had contacted the renter and did not get a response about how to park in garage. We had open parking which was fine, but we payed for a place with a garage.

Where do I start?
* Batteries were bad in the Ac Pad (Had to go buy batteries to put in.)
* Missing bulb in dining room chandelier.
* Only 3 pool armbands when 4 were needed for the Pool!
* No Grill at Villa Site/ Had to pay $25 to use the clubs grill
* Being told it wasn’t cleaned yet when I had already been approved for an early arrival at 3pm instead of 4pm and having to wait upon arrival for an inspection to be performed leaving me and my party to seat in the truck outside.
* Trash can is extra room was full of trash and not emptied from previous occupants even after an inspection was performed
* Jacuzzi Tub in Master Bath didn’t work
* 2 big Live Roaches in the kitchen pantry cabinet and 1 in the food pantry
* 2 mousetraps in food pantry which was nasty within itself
* Loveseat in living room was broken
* Footrest on kitchen barstool was broken
* Sent messages about the Pool armbands and asking about the grill to which I didn’t get a response back all weekend long!
