We were in unit 802, Tower 1. Upon arrival, we could not get into the unit. Tried to call the number listed, but no answer. Went to security. He was very helpful and after trying to call and text, finally got us in. Unit had everything we needed. However, the carpet really needs to be cleaned or even replaced.

We loved this condo! Very clean and roomy! The owners were very responsive in their communication and we didn't have any issues at all. It is in a great location that is close to shopping and restaurants, but not congested with people. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful condo. The balcony is huge and very relaxing. Great location. We did have problems figuring out the ROKU TV system. Us old folks could have benefited with some instructions. The master bath is very nice but needs 2 light bulbs. The ceiling vent in the toilet room unfortunately is filthy.

We had a great stay in Gulfport for the 4th. The condo was great and had everything we could want. Stacy and Shannon were always available to answer questions and the staff at the condo were very helpful. This was our first time staying in Gulfport. The guys went fishing and had a great time. Dunn Deal Properties is a great way to go!

Fantastic!!! The agent was Awesome, very responsive and sincerely ginuine. The big things we handle well the small things were covered too. The communication was clear. I never had to guess or figure out what I needed to do. The property was in a gated community. Access to the gate was provided ahead of arrival, parking decals were readily available. Military friendly, they accepted miltary lodging rate too. I can go on and on. My stay was amazing. I will be using them again. I will tell all of my friends an co-workers. Thats a Dunn Deal!

We stayed in condo #802 which was overall very nice with one exceptions. The hot water smell was horrible. We notified the desk and was told to run it out and let it reheat. Maintenance looked at it but never heard anything back. Guard office employees were great. Would not recommend this particular condo but would look at a different rental in the complex.

We apologize for the hot water issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This issue has now been resolved, and we hope that we can make it up to you with a 10% discount on your room rate for your next stay. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.
I wanted to add that occasionally, if a unit has not been occupied for a few days, the water can develop a temporary sulfur-like smell. This is a known issue within the Towers and is typically resolved by simply running the water for a short period of time to flush the system. We are, however, going to look at it again. We would like to offer you a $15 discount on your next stay.
