Great experience, the rental was an easy process as was the checking and out, great facility with mix of covered and exposed parking and access to multiple pools!

Complex is great!..gated, quiet and clean. Dunn Deal Properties are great to rent from. The process is easy, and they are very attentive to your needs/issues.

This place was amazing! Our condo was huge, plenty of space for all of us. Our view faced the beach which was so beautiful. On arrival was clean and ready for us. Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom which was so nice. There is a washer/dryer included so I brought minimal clothes knowing I could wash my outfits, bathing suits etc. Has a full kitchen so we got our own food for breakfast, lunch etc and not eating out every meal. The grounds are impeccably kept, are 2 outside pools you can use either and and indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center to use. The staff is just phenomenal, very friendly, accomodating and helpful. We had a few blips requiring us to contact the owner who was quick to respond and resolved our issues. We brought extra laundry pods and dishwasher pods with us and picked up extra toilet paper. There is a pull out bed in sofa with a double bed we couldn't find sheets for so got our own and extra pillowcases. We took the sheets home but left extra pillowcases there..The location was perfect for us, we went to spend time with our daughter who is in Navy and stationed in Gulfport. This was 10 minutes from the base. Overall was a just perfect place to stay!
