Our History
With experience in the real estate and property management industries since 1998. Dunn Deal Properties is an expert in vacation rentals. Stacey Dunn purchased her first Gulfport investment property in 2004 and witnessed the power of the community firsthand through Hurricane Katrina. Following the hurricane, Stacey got to work assisting FEMA workers and property adjusters find places to rent and really started her business.
She soon realized she needed to be local to really help her business thrive so in 2007 she made the move to neighboring Ocean Springs, MS from Florida. She even encouraged her parents who had long-term careers as brokers on the beautiful coast of Maine, to follow suit and join the business! Today, Dunn Deal Properties takes pride in premiere customer service for guests and homeowners alike. The family business has grown over the years, and today we are proud to offer the kind of hometown hospitality that you only find in the south.
